Reservation Policy

Your reservation is subject to the following terms & conditions:

 

• The Grand Aleutian Hotel and Harbor View Inn are non-smoking properties – a $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in any guest room or public area
• All reservations are subject to 25% deposit per night
• All reservations are subject to 3% local sales tax and 5% occupancy tax
• Room type (and associated price) can be requested but is not guaranteed
• Rates apply to single occupancy; $25 charge for a second, third and fourth adult
• No charge for children (under 18) staying with up to two adults using existing bedding
• Check-in time is 4 pm / Check-out time is 11 am
• Late checkout may be available (based on availability) for an additional fee
• Guests must be 21 or older to check-in for a reservation. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone 21 or over during the stay. Guests age 18 or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No pets please
• Do Not Disturb notice is not a legal guarantee against staff entering room for cause
• Standard Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancelling your reservation after 4pm AKT day of your arrival date, you will be charged for one room night plus tax. Modifications may be permitted within 24 hours of your stay. Cancellations processed prior to 4pm AKT one or more days (24 hours) prior to arrival will result in a full refund
• If you do not arrive for any reason, your reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeit. Unscheduled early departures are subject to a fee of 100% of room rate per room
